In the app, you can change your name and date of birth.
If you change your account settings in the app, these settings are automatically changed in the web application as well, so you only have to change your settings once.
You can choose to receive push notifications on your phone whenever your receive a new message in Karify. If you enable notifications, an alert appears on your phone, showing that you have received a new message and the name of the sender. The content of the message is not shown in the notification.
In the Android app, you can enable or disable push notification directly from your app settings. Move the slider to enable or disable the app notifications.
In iOS, you can manage your push notifications in your general phone settings for notifications. For more information about these settings, please read the support article of Apple.
Settings for mail notifications can not be changed in the mobile app. To manage your mail notifications, you can log in to the web application (in the browser) through My Karify.
Edit your pincode
You can change the pincode that you use to log in.
For Android: fill in your old pincode, followed by filling in the new pincode twice.
For iOS: to set up a new pincode, please click the button "Log out and delete Karify app data".
Please note that the pincode of your Karify app is a different pincode that you use to unlock your phone. The pincode to unlock your phone can be changed in your phone settings.
Unlock with fingerprint
Some phones support the use of fingerprint to unlock the Karify app.
If you enable this in your Karify app, you can use your fingerprint the next time you log in to the app.
Please note that the use of fingerprint in Karify is independent from the general settings for unlocking your phone. General settings to unlock your phone can be changed in your phone settings.
Please also note that other users can access your Karify app if you have enabled them to use their fingerprint on your phone.
Ask our helpdesk
Ask a question to our helpdesk directly from the app. The response to your question will be sent to your mail (not your Karify messaging app).

Log out and remove Karify app data
With this button, your local app data and login settings are removed from your phone. Your sent and saved messages are still available in your Karify record in the web application.
