There can be several causes for logins to fail. Below we describe the most common ones.


To log in to Karify you need an account. You receive an account by accepting an invitation by your healthcare provider or by registering yourself. Read more about this in the article Register for Karify

Invalid credentials

This message appears when the user name (your email address) or password is not valid. 

Forgotten your password? Click on Forgot your password. Fill in the email address that is connected to your Karify account. If this email address is correct, an email will be sent to this address with a link to set up a new password. 

If you haven’t received the email to reset your password, please check your spam folder.

The login session is expired

Try logging in again. Usually this works.
