In this article is described how to log in to Karify in your internet browser. For more information about logging into the mobile app, click here.
To log in to Karify you need a Karify account. You can create a new Karify account with an invitation from your healthcare provider or by joining a Healthspace. Read this article for more information about creating a Karify account.
- Go to https://my.karify.com or to the Karify website of your healthcare provider
- Fill in your email address and password. These are the email address and password that you initially used to create your Karify account.
- Click the Log in button
I can not log in
The most frequent problems are described below.
If this error message is shown, there is a (type) error in either your email address or password.
The email address is the address that you used to create your Karify account.
If you do not yet have a Karify account, please read this article on how to create a Karify account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this by clicking the Forgot password link. Here you can submit your email address. If you have a Karify account with this email address, an email will be sent to this address to reset your password.
Login session is expired
Please try to log in again. Usually this solves the problem.
Account is disabled.
Your Karify account is disabled. If you want to reactivate your Karify account, please contact the Karify helpdesk.
