You can receive a verification code either by phone or email.
Are you not sure whether you normally receive the code by mail or phone? Please read this article to check whether you have set up a (correct) phone number.
If you normally receive the login code in your email:
- Refresh your mailbox.
- Are you checking the right mailbox? The code is sent to the email address that you use to log in to Karify.
- Check your spam folder.
If your usually receive a login code on your phone:
- Is your phone number in Karify correct? Please read this article to check whether you have set up a (correct) phone number and how to change it.
- Does your phone have full reception?
- Did you receive the login code in your email? Check your mailbox to see whether you received the login code in your email.
You can resent the login code by logging in again with your email address and password.
If you repeatedly do not receive your login code, please contact our helpdesk.
