To log in to Karify you need your own account. You can get a Karify account either through invitation by your healthcare provider or by registering yourself. Read more about creating an account in the article how to Set up an account for Karify.


Step 1: Go to the URL (website) of your healthcare provider. The URL is provided on the webpage of your healthcare provider. If this is not the case you can ask him/her for it. 

Step 2: Your Karify account consists of a username and a password. Your username is the email address you have used to sign up for your account. You did create the password yourself. 

Unable to log in

There can be several causes for logins to fail. Below we describe the most common ones.

Invalid credentials

This notification appears if either one of or both the username or password are invalid. Your username is the same as your email address.

Don’t remember the password? Click “Forgot your password?”. Fill in the email address that is registered with your Karify account. An email is sent to this address with a link to set up a new password. 

If you haven’t received the email to reset your password, please check your spam folder. 

The login is expired

Try to log in again. This usually helps.
